Had the most fabulous massage with Alicia! My resort's spa was fully booked so I scheduled a massage at Beach House Spa just a few miles away. Best decision! Alicia customized the treatment to my needs every step of the way. Her skills were phenomenal, better than any "luxury" spa massage I've ever had! She relieved muscle pain that other massage therapists have not been able to do. If you find yourself in the Isle of Palms area, skip the pricey resort spa and head over to Beach House Spa!

Was in a lot of pain from sciatica and Alisha was a huge help in fixing my back. She recommended help for when I get back home and helped make my vacation pain-free.

Great quality massage! Alicia was professional and very knowledgeable. She found all the tight spots and melted them away. The atmosphere of Beach House Spa is bungalow casual and very tranquil and inviting. Felt amazing afterwards, highly recommend!

Unfortunately it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for. I made my appointment online by choosing a therapist I thought would suit me best. (I don’t live in the area, but visit frequently). Then I received a text from the owner saying he was out of town at the time of my appointment and to be sure I payed with cash. (Strange) Upon my arrival, the therapist I chose said she put me with someone else, who wasn’t even there yet. This therapist’s style of bodywork was NOT what I wanted. It was not enjoyable and she did not do what I asked. I couldn’t wait to get off the table. I emailed the owner telling him of my disappointing experience and received not one word back. I wasn’t looking for a freebie, just acknowledgment. This is the first negative comment I have ever left as I don’t usually have this poor of an experience. I was hoping to just address with owner, which I did, and over a month later, crickets. Since the owner thought it best to ignore my concerns of my experience, here we are.

Took my girlfriend for her first professional massage. Beth was wonderful and both her and the gentleman at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Modestly priced and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to Beach House Spa twice and have loved it both times! The first time I went was June 2023 and it was my first massage ever. I was a bit nervous but Alicia was so patient with me and explained what would happen/what I needed to do in good detail. She periodically asked if I was comfortable and always explained what she was going to do before she did it when it came to having me move around on the table. I had Alicia again the second time I went (December 2023) and this time I was getting over a cold. I told her this and she brought in tissues and some water for me. Whenever it was time for me to flip over she would pause and ask if I needed to blow my nose or anything. All the employees are so kind and thoughtful. The prices aren’t too bad either! Absolutely love it here and will continue to give them my business!

Beth is so very skilled. Twice she has worked out crazy kinks in my shoulders. Today I had a runner’s stitch that locked up my shoulder and whole left side. In an hour she unlocked my whole side and I am all good now. Truly a professional who knows deep massage.

This was my second time going to Patrick for a Lymphatic massage, both times were amazing. The first time I went I had a rash on my arms that I could not get rid of or find the cause of, even after many doctor visits. The morning after my Lymphatic Massage my rash was gone, I couldn’t believe it. I am positive the Lymphatic massage had something to do with it. . Either way, it’s an amazing way to relax and spend 90 minutes. You will not be disappointed !

I’ve had numerous massages over the years in various locations. While on vacation I really wanted to have a relaxing massage, so my cousin and I booked appointments at Beach House Spa. I was so lucky to get Beth for my massage. I cannot explain how amazing this massage was. I’ve never in my life had an experience like this. I really want to take Beth home to Pittsburgh with me. Do not hesitate to book at this local gem. I will come back every time I am visiting Isle of Palms. I may even go back one more time before I leave the area!

My husband and I did a couples’ massage here while on our honeymoon. The owner is such a delight and a very nice gentleman to chat with. Beth & Laura were our masseuses and they both did an incredible job. The place is very small so we couldn’t do our massage in the same room, but we didn’t mind! It was awesome to “shop local” and support an Isle of Palms business while on vacation.
